New Route Seven days/six nights
The graceful Chardonnay is Europe's most spacious river cruiser, carrying a maximum of 50 passengers in space normally reserved for more than twice that number and providing unprecedented comfort on board. The elegantly decorated and furnished Chardonnay includes a main deck with forward panoramic bar, lounge with piano bar, reception hall with boutique and dining room. The 23 suites on the main and lower decks all feature a private lounge area adjoining the bedroom, comfortable armchairs and writing table, outward-facing windows/portholes, twin beds with bedside table and wardrobe, and bathroom with separate toilet.
The Chardonnay travels between the legendary cities of Lyon and Dijon through the beautiful Saone Valley, dotted with magnificent historical towns, exquisite churches and opulent castles, and blessed with the world's finest wines and gastronomy. The 8 main-deck suites have a large sliding glass window allowing one to sit next to the rail making the sitting room into a sort of private balcony with chairs. The beds in these cabins slide together to make one king if the guests prefer. The main deck also includes 4 single cabins with private bathroom. Each cabin has a safe for valuables.
The upper deck has a large sundeck with fitness and recreation area, 2 spas and bar facilities.
